Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Children's Sports Coaches to join our team in the Greater San Jose area. As a Children's Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive sports classes to young children, promoting physical activity, and developing their motor skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality sports classes to children aged 2-12, focusing on fun and interactive learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of young athletes, promoting physical activity and motor skill development.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and engaging program.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, ensuring a positive experience with Amazing Athletes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Fun, energetic, patient, attentive, and reliable personality.
  • Passion for sports/fitness and working with children.
  • Prior experience working with children (preschool teachers, camp counselors, elementary education substitute teachers, coaches, etc.) a plus.
  • Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, etc.) a plus.
  • Early Childhood Education Units a plus.
