Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GMP Technician/Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in our GMP-controlled areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures
  • Stop at risk behavior and take direction from supervisors
  • Perform work assignments in a team environment with other employees
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers
  • Support shift leads in completing punch-list items and work orders
  • Use personal protective equipment and maintain a professional appearance
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction
  • Perform sanitization duties and maintain a GMP-controlled environment
  • Follow all customer and SBM SOPs and procedures
  • Respond to customer requests in a professional manner
  • Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely
  • Be trained and certified in correct gowning procedures
  • Complete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings
  • Be available to act as area fill-in in the event of a general staff shortage
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license may be required
  • Completed all safety and task training certification
  • Forklift certification may be required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals
Work Schedule

Sunday-Thursday: 3:00pm-12:00am

Tuesday-Saturday: 3:00pm-12:00am

Compensation

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
