TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to inmates in a correctional setting.
Job Summary:
The LPN will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individual client needs, and under the direction of a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will have a valid, unrestricted LPN license, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
