Job Summary:

The Rental Delivery Driver is a critical role within Vail Resorts' Retail and Rental team, responsible for delivering a world-class snow sports rental experience to guests in an innovative and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fit boots, skis, snowboards, and/or poles to guest satisfaction
  • Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day on the mountain
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
  • Arrive on time, with proper, clean uniform, and appearance
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License - required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent - required
  • Provide a satisfactory motor vehicle record; able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Excellent customer service, organization, ability to learn new skills on the job
  • Proficient in MS Office Products; Excel & Word
