Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team at Great Lakes Ace Hardware. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with stores and Operations Support Manager to coordinate deliveries and transfers.
  • Handle all transfers between store locations, including driving large rented vehicles for larger transfers.
  • Support other departments as needed, including assembling grills and working in the screen shop.
  • Deliver assembled grills and other spring items to stores and customers.
  • Repair and deliver screens as needed.
Requirements:
  • A high school education is preferred.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts and proportions.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.00-$15.00 per hour and a commitment to equal employment opportunities.
