About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their technical skills and customer service
- Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with other salon managers to share best practices and improve overall performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a salon management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong technical skills in hair cutting and styling
- Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
