The Physical Therapist will operate under the general supervision of the Facility Manager, focusing on delivering outstanding outpatient rehabilitation services through a collaborative care model with our physicians. This role is crucial in optimizing patient performance and enhancing functional quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Documenting patient status in compliance with IBJI rehab guidelines
  • Supervising Rehabilitation Technicians and administrative staff as necessary
  • Ensuring timely documentation of all treatments in patient charts
  • Maintaining current knowledge of billing policies and ethical billing practices
  • Engaging actively in the patient medical team, including office visits and communication with case managers
  • Participating in IBJI-sponsored programs such as mentoring, clinical education, special interest groups, and community outreach

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
