Agroforestry Technician

Canopy Farm Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Farm & Restoration Field Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining perennial agroecological systems.

• Drive company trucks and trailers, operate tractors and a wide range of implements and other specialty equipment and tools
• Collect and analyze data to inform management decisions
• Assume leadership responsibilities on a rotating basis, leading other field crew members and assistants
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement comprehensive design and management solutions

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work outside, long hours, in challenging conditions
• Commitment to participating in an open and collaborative environment
• Willingness to work independently with strong self-direction
• Strong communication skills
• High school degree, or equivalent job experience
• Valid driver's license
