About the Job

Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex electronics systems on the MQ-9 Ground Control Station.

Key Responsibilities

  • Electronics Maintenance: Maintain and repair various types of electronic equipment, including load banks, starters, relays, batteries, actuators, circuit breakers, switches, and aircraft instruments.
  • Troubleshooting: Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians and ensure that work is performed in accordance with accepted practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Secret US Government Clearance: Must have an active Secret US Government clearance with the ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
  • Education and Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ground Control Station maintenance and 2 years of experience on MQ-9 GCS.
  • Certifications: Must be eligible for an IAT Level II certification, such as CCNA Security or CySA+, within 90 days of hire.
