Title Clerk

Kendall Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our accounting team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing documents for state and out-of-state registration, tax, and titling requirements.

• Process registrations for all vehicles, license plate issuing, and transfers
• Ensure completeness on all required forms
• Verify funds have been collected and payoffs completed
• Maintain titles and MSOs for inventory
• Update status reports to various dealers of any missing or outstanding titles

• Titling experience required
• Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate user of Excel
• Ability to ten-key by touch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
