Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance software solutions within a dynamic agile environment, ensuring your work aligns with business objectives.

  • Design solutions that are intuitive, maintainable, and easily testable.
  • Utilize modern collaboration tools to enhance remote teamwork and developer satisfaction.
  • Participate in design and code reviews for critical components and cross-enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in backend reactive programming languages, specifically Java 17+ and/or Kotlin.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing lightweight reactive microservices using frameworks such as Vert.x, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Spring Boot.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to refine project epics.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems, including Kafka and asynchronous API design.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational database systems.
  • Experience as an individual contributor within a cross-functional agile team; FinTech experience is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record in supporting mission-critical platforms with high availability and service continuity.
  • Solid background in cloud architecture and distributed systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to constructively express differing opinions.
  • Self-motivated and capable of navigating ambiguous environments throughout the innovation process.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and an openness to experimenting with new approaches.
  • A collaborative mindset, prioritizing team goals over individual interests.
