Logistics Coordinator

At Access Information Management Inc, we are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a hybrid role that involves both warehouse and driving responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery, assisting transportation specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles, processing incoming orders using wireless scanning technology, investigating and resolving order discrepancies, and preparing necessary paperwork for deliveries.
This role requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record, the physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 60 pounds and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day, at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical atmosphere, and at least 1 to 2 years of driving experience.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $21.00/hour, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 14 days of PTO, 7 paid holidays, and 2 paid personal days, a 401K retirement program with a 3% company match, 100% vesting after 4 years, company-paid uniforms, and training and growth opportunities.
