Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, using our team delivery system.
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food, drinks, and service.
  • Interact with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Relay orders to the service bar and kitchen via our point-of-sale computerized register system.
  • Observe guests and respond to any additional requests.
  • Present guest checks to each table and accept payment, making correct change and completing the proper charge card procedure.
  • Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
  • Perform setup and maintenance duties prior to the restaurant opening, including general housekeeping and preparing the restaurant for business.
  • Assist with other job duties assigned by management to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the restaurant.
Qualification Standards
  • Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, and pick up debris from the floor in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift.
  • Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Mobility is required during the entire shift.
