Aerotek is currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician Lead to join our team in Monroe, North Carolina. This Contract-to-Hire position involves the daily assembly of large parts for windows and doors.

About the Role: As a Manufacturing Technician Lead, you will work in a large non-climate controlled manufacturing facility and be responsible for overseeing the assembly process. You will assemble various doors and windows to blueprint specifications using hand tools and tape measures, while also ensuring accuracy and quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the assembly process and ensure accuracy and quality control
  • Assemble various doors and windows to blueprint specifications
  • Use hand tools and tape measures to ensure accuracy
  • Lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet all day
