As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our goal by supporting our patients, attorneys, and case managers. You'll maintain patient records, interact with attorneys, and update internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate medical records and files
  • Communicating with attorneys and case managers via calls and emails
  • Preparing and sending financial documents
  • Updating internal systems to reflect case updates

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in data management and electronic health records
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and regulations
