Job Summary:

The MultiCare Health System is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI procedures with minimal supervision, applying independent judgment and initiative to ensure accurate and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the imaging/radiology team to provide comprehensive and compassionate imaging care to patients.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiology) and American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) or equivalent certification.
  • Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health, Radiologic Technologist.
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
  • Experience in a clinical setting, preferably as a Radiology Tech or MRI Tech.
