Job Overview: Immediate hire for an experienced civil trial attorney with 1-5 years of experience to handle cases from inception through trial preparation, including drafting discovery pleadings and motions, and taking and defending depositions. The ideal candidate will develop and implement winning strategies for clients, requiring a strong academic record, proven writing skills, and talent for courtroom advocacy. Additionally, licensure to practice in New York State is essential.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications ($100,000 - $120,000 per year), with lucrative bonuses. Our Associate Benefit Program includes health insurance (50% premiums paid for the first three years, then 75%), annual stipend if health insurance is not required, long-term disability insurance after six months, term life insurance coverage, health club and cell phone contributions, 401K and profit sharing with firm matches, and additional coverage for group dental insurance and professional fees.
