Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medication to stabilize patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
- Document clinical services provided and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Stay current with professional development and continuing education requirements.
- Master or Doctorate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with current Florida ARNP license.
- Ability to speak Spanish for a diverse population.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
