Occupational Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents at Ennis Care Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents' conditions and develop personalized occupational rehabilitation plans.
  • Assist residents in improving their mobility and daily living skills.
  • Monitor residents' progress and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Supervise occupational therapy assistants and contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts.
Requirements:
  • Current and active OT license or registration in the state of employment.
  • Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
