Job SummaryWe are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments to identify residents' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy services, including modalities, exercises, and education, to residents with a range of conditions and abilities.
- Document residents' progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss residents' care and develop strategies for improving outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Comply with all facility policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and Federal Resident Rights.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
- Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable).
