About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional patient care as a Physical Therapy Assistant. As a member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with our experienced RNs to deliver high-quality care and support patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support RNs with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs
  • Respond to patient and family needs, taking a proactive role in maintaining a smooth unit operation
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience
  • Previous ESA/PCA experience required
  • Nursing student status with completion of fundamentals of nursing and clinical component (clinical rotation or simulation lab) preferred
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
  • Knowledge of medical terminology essential
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Red Cross required upon hire
