Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with our equipment and systems.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our lead technician and operators to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Travel and Training: Travel between plants as needed to support maintenance activities and participate in training programs to enhance your skills.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Possess a minimum of an Associate's degree in Electronics or 10+ years of industrial electrical and electronics experience with a plan to obtain an Associate's degree within the next 5 years.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift 65 lbs on a repetitive basis and wear Personal Protective Equipment including safety glasses, ear plugs, steel-toed shoes, and gloves.
  • Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Use logical thinking to analyze cause-and-effect situations, work effectively in a team environment, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
