Neuro Rehabilitation Therapist

Career Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. In this role, you will work with patients who have primarily experienced brain injury, spinal cord injury, or stroke/CVA, providing care in the home, community, workplace, or school environment.
Responsibilities:
- You will evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- You will communicate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care, and enhance patient outcomes.
- You will demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
Qualifications:
- You must have a Master's Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- You must have a valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
- You must have current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
- You must have a minimum of one year's work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Working Conditions:
This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and move, lift, or transfer patients, which may involve lifting up to 100 pounds following safety procedures.
