Job Summary

This role involves preparing vehicles and equipment for service, responding to emergency calls, conducting patient assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and working collaboratively with dispatchers and other responders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

Requirements
  • Current Commonwealth of Virginia EMT-Basic certification, along with CPR and other required certifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as an EMT-B is highly desirable.
  • Valid Virginia vehicle operator's license, with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift patients, operate equipment, and navigate challenging environments with ease.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour ($49,192 annually) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes 42 hours of paid time off after 90 days. Our team is dedicated to supporting your ongoing professional development through regular training sessions and workshops.
