Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at our Yukon location. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that every meal is prepared to perfection and that our guests receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food is prepared to company standards and specifications
- Monitor the kitchen to ensure that food is being prepared safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly
- Identify and report any quality or safety issues to management
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest food safety and quality control procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a food service or quality control role preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
