Crew Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and developing our new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation.

• Greet customers with a smile and provide a positive dining experience
• Take accurate food orders and operate the register
• Prepare and grill food to our high standards
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

• Ability to read and write
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to count money and accurately give change
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
