Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold the quality management framework IATF16949.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to fulfill client specifications.
- Establish inspection standards and sampling methodologies.
- Guide the Quality team in executing quality enhancement projects.
- Perform internal audits and supplier evaluations.
- Examine quality data and performance indicators.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to promote ongoing improvements.
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of two years of experience in quality management within the automotive field. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities are essential. Familiarity with SAP software is advantageous.
