We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform assessments of systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate their effectiveness against known vulnerabilities.
- Provide guidance and leadership in the integration of requirements management practices using IBM RDNG with knowledge management and information assurance strategies.
- Administer OpenText Content Suite as the central repository for records management to ensure proper classification, retention, and disposal of records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Deliver training and support to stakeholders on applications and platforms, knowledge management and information assurance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project lifecycle requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Manage the enterprise electronic records classification structure and document retention policy, applying its content to increase efficiencies and productivity by automating retention schedules.
- Responsible for the performance of analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards.
- Establish metrics to monitor the efficacy of knowledge management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- 1+ years of related experience in cybersecurity and knowledge management.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and capable to handle multiple tasks.
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph.
