About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all areas of the restaurant, including equipment, floors, and restrooms.
  • Trash and Recycling: Manage trash and recycling, including emptying trash compactors and recycling bins.
  • Lighting and HVAC: Change light bulbs and clean HVAC and exhaust units to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
  • Delivery and Unloading: Assist with unloading delivery trucks and stocking inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
