Position Summary
This role involves serving as a nocturnal emergency medicine pharmacist on a rotating schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off.
Key responsibilities encompass delivering pharmaceutical services to patients, nursing staff, and medical professionals, engaging in Pharmacotherapy Consultation services, contributing to staff training and education, and overseeing patient medication management.
The preferred candidate should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution, along with pertinent residency experience in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care.A valid Registered Pharmacist license in Florida is mandatory, in addition to previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
