Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Superintendent to lead our heavy civil construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise field managers and ensure that all projects are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years as a superintendent.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification required.
  • Valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
