Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer with a strong background in cloud engineering. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in operational automation and monitoring, focusing on identifying and minimizing TOIL within existing systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Define and create Customer User Journeys (CUJ), Service Level Objectives (SLO), Service Level Indicators (SLI), and Error Budgeting aligned with Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, GitHub, and Docker Images
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
  • Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Design and implement automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Experience in reducing TOIL within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or IT operations environments

Familiarity with Source Control Management (SCM) Tools:
