Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the speech and language development of students in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech Therapy: Deliver tailored therapy sessions to address the unique needs of each student, promoting effective communication and language skills.
  • Conduct Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need, and develop personalized therapy plans to support their progress.
  • Collaborate with Educators and Parents: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language services into students' educational programs, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, IEPs, direct therapy, and assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating effective communication among team members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid California SLP license.
  • Experience: CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply.
