The Main Bank Cashier plays a vital role in facilitating customer transactions, including the conversion of U.S. currency into casino chips, credit tokens, cash, foreign currency, and other negotiable instruments. This position also encompasses the sale of gambling tokens and the processing of jackpot payouts, alongside managing credit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain accurate records of all transactions at the cage window, main bank, chip bank, and check bank.
  • Deliver exceptional, courteous, and professional service to all guests, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • Manage the impress bank and ensure its proper issuance.
  • Conduct monetary transactions for guests and internal departments.
  • Balance and distribute impress bank funds to Floor Attendants, Food and Beverage staff, and Hotel personnel.
  • Document and report all Title 31 transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in cash handling; six months in a cage cashier role is preferred.
  • Proficient in operating computer terminals and communicating effectively with the public.
  • Familiarity with 10-key operations and bank balancing.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
