Essential Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment to ensure a sterile and organized environment.
  • Assist dentists during all dental procedures, providing chairside support and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Manage inventory levels of dental supplies and collaborate with the dental lab for efficient processing of materials.
  • Effectively interview patients, gather medical/dental history, assess chief complaints, and record findings accurately.
  • Provide clear oral hygiene instructions and explanations of prescribed treatments to patients in a compassionate manner.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and presentable clinic environment through general cleaning and restocking tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Dental Assistant.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse dentists and patients.
  • Proficiency in computer systems for dental records and digital x-rays.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to our mission of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare.
