Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize technology to track and manage work orders, inventory, and other maintenance-related tasks.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of maintenance/construction experience preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Working Conditions
