Job Summary

UHealth Tower is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care in a culturally competent manner, utilizing evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration and vital signs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
  • Registered Nurse License; Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association), ACLS and PALS
  • Minimum 2 years emergency care nursing experience
