About the Job:

Join our dynamic team at Avanti Food & Beverage as a Cocktail Server As a key member of our service staff, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a fun and fast-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to guests in a section of 50+ people
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of menu offerings and ingredients used
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Required Skills:
  • Prior customer service experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with food and beverage industry practices is a plus
