Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
  • Prepare and review tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Generate business growth by identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and support the team in achieving its goals.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients in person, via phone, and in writing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
