Overview

ABC Supply is a nationally established company offering professional driving opportunities for licensed CDL drivers. As a Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of each delivery and working in a team environment.

Job Description

This role involves driving a flatbed truck to deliver building materials to customers while adhering to assigned schedules and following job directives precisely. Key responsibilities include:

  • Treating customers with professionalism and respect
  • Conducting safe work zones during job sites
  • Documenting every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos using our camera phone system
  • Completing thorough load checks on trucks before leaving the branch, ensuring all delivery materials are secured and comply with federal, state, and local regulations

You will also work cooperatively with the Delivery Material Handler to determine where to set materials and unload them. Additionally, you will complete and file logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner, provide customers with invoices, and collect payment for COD deliveries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Class B CDL, the ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly, and pass pre-employment and random drug screens. Flatbed truck experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with a generous company match, and paid time off.
