Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including design, build, testing, training, change management, communication, and activation plans.
  • Manage financial, risk, and stakeholder aspects of projects.
  • Lead projects at all levels, interacting with team members at various levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate and lead teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with either 4 years of IT Project Management experience, 6 years of Project Management experience, or 7 years of IT Management experience.
  • High School/GED with either 8 years of IT Project Management experience, 10 years of Project Management experience, or 10 years of IT Management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, facilitate and lead teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous Healthcare experience.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Understanding of clinical operations.
  • Cerner electronic medical records experience.
