We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Nurse - Acute Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those requiring life-sustaining interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or Compact State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, as applicable to unit requirements.
- Professional specialty certifications, as required by departmental standards or role requirements.
- Basic professional nursing degree (BSN or MSN) preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
