Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure satisfaction for all members through proper progression of service sequence.
  • Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails.
  • Adhere to all pouring standards.
  • Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated.
  • Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner.
  • Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item.
  • Know how to efficiently operate the POS system.
  • In all interactions, associates must always be professional, accommodating, helpful, and friendly.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or at least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or bartender or another related field.
  • Previous customer service experience desired.
  • Must be team-oriented, empathetic, friendly, and show initiative.
  • Must be able to represent the club in a professional manner to members and guests.
