About the Role

Endo is seeking a Machine Fill Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, checking, adjusting, and running production equipment to maintain production continuity. You will also be required to communicate effectively with fill and seal operators to ensure efficient filling operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up, check, adjust and run production equipment as required by product and size change over.
  • Communicate effectively with fill and seal operators to ensure efficient filling operations.
  • Coordinate with Area Supervisors to ensure an efficient filling operation.
  • Clean lubricate, starts, stops and services equipment necessary to promote and maintain a smooth & efficient flow of production.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Successful completion of in-house training programs (includes Upgrader Exam)
  • Arithmetic Aptitude preferred
  • Pressure and Temperature Aptitude preferred
  • Mechanical Aptitude preferred


We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
