The University of Maryland Medical System is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our NICU team in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to high-risk infants in a Level III B NICU
- Conduct comprehensive health and physical assessments, manage and treat at-risk newborns, and provide delivery room attendance and infant stabilization
- Work rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Neonatal Registered Nurse Practitioner certification or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of NICU experience for Physician Assistant candidates
- Eligibility for a Maryland NNP license
