Key Responsibilities

  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians in providing quality care to animals, including restraint and handling during examinations and laboratory procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe hospital environment, including cleaning and disinfecting cages, kennels, and examination and operating rooms.
  • Restrain animals during examination and laboratory procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Assist with the maintenance and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
