Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging recreational activities for our guests.
• Supervise and assist guests in the activity center, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Promote and register guests for resort activities, providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections of activity areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
• Attend and complete required training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• State driver's license and comfort operating large vehicles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

Generally starting at $18.00 per hour, with the actual hourly rate based on experience, education, skills, and work location.
