We are seeking a highly skilled Family Physician to join our team at Marathon Health, a leading provider of advanced primary care in the U.S.

With over 680+ health centers across 41 states, we serve 2.5 million eligible patients through approximately 630 employer and union-sponsored clients. Our comprehensive services include advanced primary care, mental health, occupational health, musculoskeletal, and pharmacy services.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Family Physician to provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions.
You will have the ability to work within a team of professionals who are passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system. With a smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size), you will have more time with your patients, appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $215,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience and location. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, parental leave, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications- MD or DO degree
- Active state license required; DEA preferred
- Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
