Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Responsibilities:
  • Practice in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Educate patients, families, and others on physical therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Direct and supervise support personnel to ensure effective and efficient care.
  • Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
  • Basic skills in math and computer science.
  • Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
  • High level of service delivery, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
