Job SummaryWe're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced retail environment and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Drive sales results by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and bathrooms
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and checking in shipments
- Perform cash handling procedures and operate a cash register
- Assist with executing company data integrity processes and maintaining accurate records
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a physically demanding role
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
